The new NATO Headquarters have been designed around staff needs. The state-of-the-art building will ensure maximum flexibility so that working space can be configured in different ways to suit individual and collective needs. The new headquarters will reflect the Alliance’s core functions and activities of supporting formal and informal consultation and co-operation between NATO’s member nations and between member nations and partners, other countries, as well as other international organizations.

Also thanks to dynamx the new office of Brussels Environment is an example as an ecological building. The building respects the passive standard. This means that consumption is ten times lower than that of a classical building. With such performance this building may be counted amongst one of the best performing in the world.

Imtech and technical consultant ELD engineering realize the project “Parktoren” for project developer Sea Coast. Parktoren is a unique living concept near the city center of Antwerp. Imtech provides each apartment with a dynamx Compact and integrates all management information into the central system.

Slipped between the city and the railways, the STRATO building made by the agency HARDEL & Le Bihan, clearly marks the tertiary identity of the building in response to future office buildings ZAC Clichy Batignolles.

Greenest public building in the UK with an outstanding standard against the British Standard BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method).

The nine storey Civic Centre will include accommodation for up to 2,000 staff and councillors and provide outstanding community facilities. The building will include a main foyer and reception, state of the art new library and learning centre, Council Services Centre, Registrars services, wedding suite and wedding garden, partner organisations, restaurant, retail space, a large community hall and winter garden, upper lobby/gallery and training facilities.

The third floor will include the Civic Hall and roof garden, Committee Rooms and the councillors and Mayor’s offices will be on the fourth floor. Administrative accommodation will be situated on the upper floors and the basement will be used for parking, loading and mechanical plant for the building and showers and changing facilities.

This new, magnificent complex, realized by  Bouygues Immobilier, will lodge (among others) the Headquarters of Microsoft. This beautiful building, equiped to the finest details, and carrying the HEQ certificate ( High Environmental Quality ) for its durable character, naturally couldn’t stay without any Belparts solutions.

In this building, Belparts terminal control valves were applied to ensure a comfortable room regulation.
