Albert Schweitzer Hospital
On the Health Park in Dordrecht (Netherlands), Kuijpers Installaties works (besides the existing building of the Albert Schweitzer Hospital) on a large scale new construction project of Albert Schweitzer Vastgoed B.V. The new construction site takes a surface of about 39.000 m², divided over different subdivisions/functions: a restaurant, an emergency help and observation division, a central hall, an education and meeting centre, offices and a knowledge centre; hotel accomodations, centre for radio therapy with vier radiation bunkers, a school, a generalist centre, policlinics and shops.
The existing central head axis of the hospital wil be proceeded in the new construction, and the different subdivisions will be accessible through separate entry facilities.
Kuijpers Installaties will realize all engineering and sprinkler installations in the project, included an energy-efficient hot/cold stocking system. For this project, Kuijpers Installaties uses Belparts field components.
The assignment comprises also 35 years of performance-guided maintenance. A part of the assignment is also the preventive and corrective maintenance for a period of 35 years after the submission. All this is regulated by a perfomance contract with service level agreements (SLA's), and is, in combination with the long contract period, an unique partnership in the Netherlands!
